Take some strong links from your niche. Work for your keywords and get a good rank on every search engine you will get nearly as expected. And keep updating that's the only thing which will be helpful to trigger the search engine and hence will displayed at good position.

Google has certainly divided the page rank into several phase like N/A to 1 work dependent on your work totally and just like 2 to 3 page rank for domain authoritative like how long how you have been authorized and trusted for Google point of view. But my point here is that it's totally depends...
