Hi, is it possible to move an account that you've created and built up to 7k without a proxy onto a proxy (giving it 48 hour cool down period before) without getting banned - I want to manage a new account on my phone to be more active on it.

Instagram are cracking down, my two accounts got temp blocked from following, one only had slow follows and my main was following 1k+

Leave it for 24 hours, don't unfollow and follow at the same time and play around with your settings until you find something that works - then you should be fine

Mine's like that as well, it wasnt following last night, only liking pictures. I'm definitely not follow soft banned too. I was using my settings just fine and then it suddenly stopped working.

Focus on all four for a while, get them all up to a decent following base, and then if one seems to grow faster than the rest, focus a bit more on that! Good luck man!!

I'm not really sure but mine used to do that when i tried to follow/unfollow after hitting my limits. It used to take them off and then add them back on gradually

I usually dont unfollow with instagress. I unfollow manually on followers+ app or though instagram. So much faster

followers+ on the appstore is good, it tells you who your ghost followers are, although you have to unfollow them manually through the app

That's about what I run too, but through instagress. 0-1k in about a week with 100-200 likes per picture. I guess the fitness niche is pretty active. I used to have an account in the luxury niche before it got banned for botting comments, the engagement rate was so much less. I guess it all...

I think if you use the same hashtags over and over, and spam-like, you're less likely to get on the popular page, or appear on hashtags. Slow your settings or lay off the botting and keep the liking low for a while, it should help. It did for me
