Update: Ok, so after a few days of steady checking, most of the links seem ok. The only thing remaining is the "google dance" on my main keywords. Although it might be the update kicking. Thank you all for the suggestions and help.

Well, the keywords just dropped the next day, when they've said the seo campaign is finished. They were working since the end of March the campaign was ended on the 27 of May.
