For your usecase, ISP static proxy or even better mobile proxies with sticky sessions is ideal but the challenge is many proxies don't support UDP tunneling so you'll have to ensure before purchasing if they support UDP over socks5. Many of them offer free trials so test it with your setup...

If you decide to get mobile proxy, make sure it supports sticky sessions. Mobile proxies are much superior to ISP ones as the level of trust associated is higher, provided you choose a good provider. Problem with many ISP proxies is many cheap quality ones have high chance of blacklisting.
