Hi William, The way I built my affiliate system was thru idevaffiliate. I also pay my affiliates thru paypal. Idevaffiliate offers great customer service as well to get you going. Hope that helps ya.

Yes do a search for your keywords, but I would also simply ask. Just create a thread in here and ask for affiliates. Give them all the information needed to make a informed decision. Leave nothing unanswered. You will be amazed by the response. Good luck to you.
