Yea i didn't want to give out too much as it was more pure curiosity so didn't mind if the valuation wasn't close to spot on just a rough valuation but am pretty happy with the number you gave since you seem to be pretty good with your valuations! Just 1 question the 'relative lack of history'...

Hey, Had a decent look through Flippa and spoke with some web entrepreneurs on the valuation of my site but the range i have got from them seems so wide that i can't really get a true valuation of the site. The site stats are: UV: 350k/m V: 950k/m PV: 5.2m/m Adsense: $3.2-3.7k/m Admob...
