FB ads marketing is always expensive and they don't let you really target your perfect audience just in order to raise their incomes. It seems that the only way to really get HiConversion rates from it, is to scrape user lists from active users on targeted pages and groups, blogs using FB...

you can do it easily manually. top right corner "invitation" (small icon with two guys on the left side of the speech bubble) > then in the drop-down "show all" then "show friend requests" and you can cancel them as desired.
