Hey everyone can somebody please explain to me how the RPM works? I've been stuck on 0.22$ RPM on all my accounts for months now, is it due to my location or my device ? like how does it work and how do I make it higher? Thank you.

So I have a tiktok account at 12k and it is in the CPB it just got into it , video views were booming but then I started posting today and suddenly I started getting 14 views - 200 views after I was getting more then 10k a day average , can someone explain to me why is this happening? Thank you.
