Hosting is too complicated, you can't provide any sort of uptime guarantee since your lights might go out or the isp has problems etc. plus the servers won't be able to take much of a load depending on your upload speed. I'd recommend the 24/7 seo automation

No your database backups do not contain the images, they do contain the posts though.
