It seems that the taurine in red bull kills brain cells. I heard it from a doctor that was studying this, so it isn't just an online fear mongering thing. I don't know if it is more harmful to brain cells than alcohol or not, but it isn't completely safe either.

Should also add that I was using cloudflare in both of these websites, and made a lot of posts(adult niche)
