Can I find services where people have this setup and either they can give me access to it or run my list backlinks?

Hi I am looking for Scrapebox service i tried purchasing one also but it needs setup of proxies. It keeps crashing so now I am looking for someone how can run my backlinks list for tier2 i have or provide virutal scarpebox where i can do it myself. Thanks
