Maybe I'm missing something, but there doesn't seem to be a way to automate it, which is why the Friend Adder seems worth it to me. Am I missing something?

Just wondering if anyone has any expertise in this. I just bought Twitter Friend Adder Pro and it seems like it was well worth it. It has a recommendation of 100 friends to add, is this a daily value? Hourly? What is a safe number of friends to add daily? Any thoughts on this is most appreciated.
