I am trying to get clients for my agency but I haven't had any success yet. I've done cold emailing a little bit but no luck. I've also posted on local classified ads website and almost got a client, but nothing yet. Any suggestions?

Google reviews used to be such an easy side business for me, and I could make easy $1000 in a month if i put my mind to it. It's not like how it used to be. Much more complicated nowadays.
