exact match domains and semi copied content will get you ranking. but we can never tell for how long. a few algo change all those overnight success will be gone.

the way it goes, is you have to make those PR sites and News sites fake as well...

organize, categorize everything in the right way. group content and topics. Naturally if you have 200+ members that are actively posting daily, your forum will get good rankings

it's more hassle to create them, renting them out should outweigh this. be sure though to use the right ones and make sure they are exclusive to you.

For cheap backlinks for FB and Twitter posts, could work, just to get it index, but to your money site, a big no for fiverr SEO, since most of them uses automated programs that have long been blacklisted techniques to them
