Google has recently changed the layout of page 1. Google guaranteed ads are now displayed vertically instead of horizontally. This means that organic maps have been pushed further down the page in local search and this is a big reason why call volume is declining in gmbs.

The best free way to get traffic from Youtube is to upload your own videos with relevant keywords in the title. Or you could post a comment onto a popular video in your niche with a link to some useful content.
