I see , I was looking at a lot of providers for video stream and I saw that doodstream. com is pretty good etc.. But in order for me to put ads and remove their logo from the player I need the premium bandwidth. If you've got any good alternatives let me know. I was thinking about making my own...

Documents don't matter , it will help if you're doing something shady and you don't want to incriminate yourself. Either way your paypal will get limited , even if you use all legit documents and legit creditcard.

You will get limited sooner or later , paypal is a dogshit company. I suggest you as soon as you get money on paypal withdraw it to your card. Because if it gets limited it will be stuck there for 180 days. They've even asked me to provide more documents in order to withdraw my 3k that I had...
