How do they Ban you? By closing your account? How do you file a dispute?

Hi There! I just joined the forum.

I am also waiting for payment! I requested last week and should have been paid yesterday but still says it is being processed. I upgraded my account and paid the $50 so I emailed telling them that they better pay me. We shall see if they respond.
