Yes, I first upload them as unlisted, boost them and then make 'em public. Pretty much it. A couple of them are stuck, most of them aren't. I try to get between 300-700 views for my vids and some of them rank at the top. Those are the first vids I uploaded and I didn't choose the right keywords...
