From what I gather the gist of Ethbay is it's a decentralized eBay that uses Ethereum for payments instead of fiat. Anyone planning on investing in this ICO? Seems like a good project but would like to hear other people's thoughts.

Ethbay seems like a good ICO for a good quick flip. It's an eBay-like marketplace for Ethereum. I imagine it will pump shortly after the ICO because all of these decentralized marketplaces seem to do very well on exchanges.
