Dude I'll be straight with you, I got scammed a few times now but this one was over the $500 range so I reported it. Buy a cloaker, buy some aged accounts and learn... that's what I'm doing right now, if other people can you can too...

Shit happens dude, you learn from your mistakes. From what I've seen 99% of the people who offer management + cloaking are just trying to scam. Just bought a cloaker and now I'm trying to learn by myself. Thanks for the condolences!
