On second thought, here's a blackhat solution: Make a blog with a domain such as walmartsucks and make it rank high in big G. Then show it to Walmart and they will agree to pay the price of the phone and maybe even give you additional compensation.

To the OP: just threaten legal action against them but don't actually get a lawyer or else you would end up paying huge legal fees for a measely $80.

Already thought about that, but unfortunatley doing so would leave an electronic money trail that would haunt you and attract a lot of attention as to where you got payments from. Otherwise it would have been a good idea.

I think its because no one wants to buy an item from an Ebay seller with zero reputation, because they are not sure if its safe to buy from them.

That's GREAT advice! I hope they pay inmates in jail. (sarcasm) Also I have used the search button, but in seems that most of the methods require some investment such as hosting and domains for autoblogs for example.
