About 10–15 articles per week. That may have affected indexing. On my other sites, where we published 5–7 articles per month, indexing was relatively good, although some articles still disappear from the index.

I also tried submitting manual indexing requests in Search Console — it didn’t help. On the indexing report, it says the pages are crawled but not indexed. Something seems to be going on with Google lately.

Try to push them into google index. Check if your site is indexed well (especially your target pages). Also if it's not so hard for you — build a set of tier-2 tier-3 links. Good luck!
