They use ALL of them. All linking information. your IP address from your ISP is the same no matter what device it comes from. You have your internal IP confused with what’s public. WHY would you use the same ad sense account that was linked to a demonetized account and think they wouldn’t link...

You need a new device on a different IP that isn’t a VPN, and you can NEVER log into that account with a device used in any previous accounts. Treat it like a roommate who lives in your house, but doesn’t log into your stuff. They link you by cookies, Public IP, and logins.
