In my opinion a few of your find may be more worth than your 100's spammed links. I purify the SB list and post on them. But it's just my view.

Thanks for the image, its very well explained. But it would be something that I would take up in my second tier work. Right now its simple link building that's taking all my time.

I also used the same method to post on blogs but there is absolutely no effect whatsoever. Now I have changed my method and I scrape it using SB and then post manually. I know it takes a lot more time but my links get indexed soon.
