There is many ways man, you just need basic methods of driving traffic. Such as using social media like: Facebook Instagram Etc. You could even create a fake adult related account on both Facebook, and Instagram, leaving your snapchat id in your biography, or posting it, etc.

Split test your traffic between both Human Verification and Install APP and see which yields better results.
