He's meaning that the bot should wait with unfollowing that person for a longer period of time. Say you follow John then hit 7500 followers, instagress then start to unfollow. The first person instagress unfollows might be John, so there is no delay.

Have you checked out the marketplace here on the forum? There quite alot of good resellers with good prices. I personaly use Sociaffy.

How old are the account? You might want to try and increase the delay follow to 50 - 70 sec. It might be the case that you get followrestrictions. But your followback ratio will increase with a higher amount followers.

What are your current settings? Its hard to helpout with out those.

Are you planning to run FL from your own IP or you planning to use a VPS?

Yes you can. But I belive you need to do some minor editing to te pictures you want to upload. You have to do it so the hashes dont match with the original picture. Well, there is also the risk of the picture being flagged I guess.
