I think you only pay $14.50 when the call reaches 2 min because that is the duration that they need to make a close, or at least get them interested because people who aren't interested in a service won't take them 2 minutes to reject a sales call. I think they are real people.

Pretty much. All tweepi has are unfollow, reciprocate, follow an account's followers, follow a list, those kinds of things. Pretty basic but still useful.
