You can purchase it from people selling targeted traffic by country, you can target users from a specific country with PPC advertising through Google, Facebook, MySpace, etc, or you can filter your traffic using some PHP code that directs users from certain countries to certain pages.

Most (newer) major browsers have this method blocked by default, but you can use a bit of javascript to display whatever you want in the status bar (bottom portion of your browser window) and 'hide' it that way. Erm, I can't post links yet but just do a google search for "javascript status bar...

Very nicely done, the locker could use a bit more styling but for a GodCPA'd email submit only it works perfectly. You've more or less taken many of the options from BHCB and my script and made it free. Can't hate on that, just the way the biz goes! Great job, if you need any help getting...

Hey, thanks for the plug! :) I can customize the GeoTargeting module in CPA LockUp to cover any country you'd like, or alternatively only popup for specific countries. Right now CPA LockUp will work for US, Canada, UK and "Everything Else", displaying only the offers for the users country...
