Does anyone here make a invoice with supplier contact info where when paypal calls to verify the product someone will answer the phone and explain that everything is official? I had a customer dispute me because he thought he was getting a original from the factory item instead of a duplicate...

I wish i knew how to do this. My acct is limited now with paypal and they now want supplier info and invoices because a customer complained.
