You need to make a video that is on a trending topic. That and post it everywhere where the topic is popular. My first videos were posted on blogs and reddit.

Just to warn people trying out this method, it doesn't work with Ogmobi. Ogmobi randomly selects which offer it will give so you are better off using other mobile CPA for this method at least.

Were you monetizing through CPA or shout outs? I have a niche in mind but I don't know if there are any related CPA's for it so I was hoping that shout outs were still profitable and plentiful.
