You have to check if these pages receive any traffic from search engines. If they do, you don't have to worry about it. Besides, you can remove pages from index instead of deleting pages from the website.

You can disavow both backlink from URL and from domain. But it's better to disavow domain cause sometimes your backlink is placed on many webpages even in case you where sure that it's placed only on one page.

Lets think logically. Https is needed to secure the information. Not all information have to be secured, only that type of information which definitely have to be protected (credit card information, orders any type of confidential inf. etc ). Why the hell https have to boost the rankings for...
