Hello, I tried two times using voucher and both time i am unsuccessful.. Country - India First time i used $75 Adwords voucher, and had put my original address and details, but the Status shows Approved but when i take my mouse on that it says - This ad is not eligible to run on the search...

after suspension made new account got voucher from someone of $100 and still same.. see the screenshot.. any help on this please..
