Sorry, I would not pay for these designs. I would only pay for business cards with clever concepts that were tailored to my business.

I love the look of the logo but it was hard for me to tell what it was at first. The font is a little bit small in my opinion and doesn't mesh with the logo.

The top one looks elegant and almost regal.

Download libraries of high-quality vectors in AI or Photoshop and use them as stock images.

It totally depends on what kind of website or the look you are going for. I tend to like monochromatic schemes but I work a lot for art websites that appreciate pops of color.

It looks like it came from the 2000's. Maybe it just needs an update but I wouldn't use it as is.

I've used both versions. Photoshop is Photoshop. Upgrade if it's cheap and convenient but if not, 5 works just fine.

I would use Adobe Illustrator for this project.
