Ugh thank god you refunded me already..No hard feelings towards you guys but you SERIOUSLY need to ramp up support. It is really, really slow.

Yeah, and they accused me that I got refunded my proxies (I didn't). If you cancel your sub with them they take away your proxies --regardless you paid the month.
