It's been a while since I've done any stuff on Youtube. Back in the old days you would need to get a video over 10 minutes for it to be really worth your time in terms of revenue, is this still the case or should i focus more on short form content?

Like others have said it depends on your intended outcome really, for BH niches specifically the right set up on running on the right cloaker can be very successful. I would recommend doing research to discover what is the right setup for you
