To answer your question, it is pretty hard. You have to have a high volume of traffic going to your twitter ect..

Yea, if you sign in with a different IP, they can figure it out easily. They do that to ensure safety on celeb's accounts. Basically it locks it's self. I don't think you will get anywhere near $3,000.. I would spend about $25-50 for it.

I found out what it is... you do like 100x for 100 followers then wwyba (What will you be at) - amount of followers you will be at.

Tbh, Not to many people look at the accounts that RT. I use twitter personally, and I mean sometimes I do, but this will also gain traffic.
