Friend of mine Gets Accounts verified on Instagram with Fake ID's.
I coded a program that parses a PDF417 AAMVA-compliant barcode on the back of the dl. I have most states photoshopped and just slap it on. Works for crypto currency exchanges and everything.- Commahacker
