If I'm not mistaken, they only charge you if you have not made any sales in the given time period AND have money in your account. It's only really a concern for those who haven't met the minimum requirements to cash out the first time. Here, I found the exact rule on the site:

Here's my review of this service after a few orders now.. It's great! I have resold this service to clients and they love the results. One order did have a problem due to a software glitch, however loopline resolved it and offered to provide free backlinks for my wait. :) I will order again...
