If by "sample of work" you mean free, good luck. Content is a seller's market now. Only noobs are going to write for free or cheap, and the quality will be very low.

For $3? You need to work on your budget before looking for "quality" work. You mention "Quality" twice, lol. Have you ever thought that the reason you can't get quality is that you're basically asking people to work for free?
