First of all, there is no reason Tiktok should contact you on Instagram. Second, .ml domains are frequently spam, and so it's pretty suspicious of them to use it. Not to mention the requesting of password. More red flags than a communist rally.

Are you using Wordpress? I'm pretty sure there are available plugins for this. And I don't think it's stupid if you are getting large traffic, or possibly opt for a soft popup on saying that you are supported by ads or something instead of forcing them to turn off adblocker to view your content...
