Erratic is fine if it's genuine and organic. It's not. It's 100% manipulated and you can't predict it, not really. Those who claim they can are either lying to you or themselves. There are always risk in crypto especially if dealing with alts. Short term trades can nuke to the point most don't...
How much is it? You can send them a legal letter if it's worth it. You'll need a lawyer. There's a slight chance they fold instantly. How long has the money been held? It might be still within a time limit they can keep it for(AML). But they can't simply keep your money for breaking their TOS...
And you came on here to announce that?
You either got rekt or you've sat out and missed it. Waiting for some validation to jump in. Go on do it. Here is your signal.
Won't happen for a long long time. If ever. There will be a limit to technology and I don't think it's anywhere near as far as what you see in Sci-fi. We can't even cure simple viral diseases, stop hair follicles responding to testosterone and many other stuff that is so simple compared to...

Why don't you post some earnings from it? Or something you've done?
The reviews on it so far are mixed and mostly say its unlikely scalable to $400 a day. Maybe that's an exaggeration? Or an unlikely best case scenario?
What would you say is the average?
Let's say someone puts 20 hours a week...
With all the correct prerequisites in place it shouldn't be that difficult when you're doing it for yourself. Just try to look as natural as possible. In a different browser look on trust pilot for companies in a near by area, ideally unclaimed profile with lots of reviews or a company so big...
