Is there anyway to add a new text to existing YouTube videos nowadays? Like at the end of a video text box with text: "Click the link below this video" I checked cards and end screen but there were no choices to add a simple text to the video screen. Thanks.

This is the a great thread. I would like to know how well those pop up ads work in mobile devices (Android etc) ? I mean is there any problems that pop up ads can't be even shown in mobile phones? Maybe not. I use pop up ads (wp plugin) on my wordpress blog and they work well in phones too...
