I always set my new campaigns on auto so Facebook sends traffic and sees how high my CTR is. Then I manually set my CPC and turn off auto. They still send traffic because their system realizes my CTR is high enough for them to make enough money even with my manually set CPC. Good luck!
Those evaluations sites are straight up garbage. The going rates depends on the engagement rather than the follower count like Austin said. If you're interested in selling, feel free to PM me.
Twitter is fantastic for US mobile traffic. I just switched to Twitter from Facebook not too long ago and it's a much more lively social network advertising-wise for sure.
A few months ago, I was building accounts by liking hundreds of pictures a day using an iMacros script. You might want to try that as well! It's a great way to reach a targeted audience. As far as monetization goes, you're really just stuck with MyLikes (or ChaCha if you're lucky) unless you set...
Just set up a php file on a domain name that uses a JS redirect to the mylikes link...then you can post the link to the PHP file on Twitter and go undetected. This is a common method for promoting affiliate offers with Facebook ads.
I'd be interesting in partnering with you for split commission in some of my online stores. I tried to post contact information but it won't allow me to so go ahead and shoot me a PM if you're interested.
