I belive the way you want to do it is by scrapping the website, saving images, descriptions, prices to a csv and then upload them to you store . After that is just styling but the hard part is done

It all depends on what you want to do or focus. For scripts , fast developed bots, AI, maybe SAAS prototypes python, then if it grows would be c# a good idea, and so on. So for me is golang, python, javascript, java/c#, c++ and c
