Here's a workaround: Open registration temporarily. Register using LAIO, then close registration. The new account will be able to post normally as long as it has correct permissions. LAIO cannot work with Flash or JS heavy sites. :/

The module to submit to document sites is not available yet. We had a plan to add document submitter module into LAIO initially but it was deferred, so there is no module for it yet. See my PM as well.
