I think Google want Quality content that is really helpful for the peoples.

I have a blog its auto blog i.e. it copy contents from other sites and paste it to my site, but its alexa rank is improving very slowly and it has 2600 backlinks but PR is still 0 Kindly guide me for improving alexa and PR of my wordpress blog.
