This method has been shared over and over and over again. I think you haven't even put the effort to make a twist on it. I also believe this was released as a WSO a long time ago.

It's called banner blindness and you have to fight it.

Instead of telling you the what/where/why and hows of this niche and traffic source, I would tell you to do your research first, instead of jumping in blindly. Or you'll probably end up like some of the people who commented in the thread. Good luck

You don't need separate servers for tracking and LPs. Definitely get at least a VPS. And don't even THINK about doing any form of paid traffic on a slow shared hosting. I'm also with beyond and I'm happy so far, top notch support, great servers.
