I dont know what it was, but I changed up everything I am doing. New verticals, new cloaker, new cloaking method, tracking link.
Finally I am back in business.. And with the new methods, I'm spending more than before on the accounts.
I was afraid that everyone had taken a hit, that Facebook had upped their security and everyone had taken a hit.
Luckily after this post and talking with a few other people i realize that is very unlikely.
Good point, I'd considered that.
However I've had bins take a hit before and usually they just wont upload.
Or the accounts will get flagged instead of "not approved"
I have a few different bins too, 3.. so that's why it seems unlikely.

What threw me off though, is I had ALL my ads get flagged.. I had 3-4 that were not videos that got flagged as well, and they were in a different vertical.
However the other 3-4 were kind of new campaigns so it could be that they were flagged for other...

I think they must have caught onto something in my operating systems or method, as everything is very similar
