How do these people on fiverr do it?
I am a noob, I am just trying to get more views to my videos. I go on fiverr sometimes, and have noticed that sellers give 20,000 views now...I have bought a gig or two and it does indeed work, but how do they do it? Any info and insight into this is appreciated.
