I just sent a really nice email asking for a partial refund since I only had the service two weeks and they refunded me half my payment. They aren't total douche bags. Just be professional and polite in your email to them.

I would not recommend Adsense for this. This is will definitely get your adsense account banned immediately. Do you think G is not smart enough to see a brand new website thrown together and then is suddenly getting adsense clicks within its first few days of going live (even before it is indexed)?

This is what I fear the most. Right now I only have 2 blogs that earn me money. One blog does about $100-150.00 pure affiliate sales (actual products,not clickbank) and my other blog earns about $30-40 a month only with adsense. I have about 18 other sites/blogs but none of them earn anything...
